Policy Purpose

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which YSC Acupuncture provides services and sells products. It is intended to ensure transparency, consistency, and alignment with the standards of holistic wellness care.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require respectful and timely communication to ensure we can meet the needs of all our clients.

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of care.

  • Late Cancellations: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a late cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session.

  • No-Shows: A "no-show" is a client who misses their appointment without any prior notice. Any no-show appointment will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. The fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Non-Refundable Services and Products

YSC Acupuncture is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care. Due to the nature of our services and herbal formulations, the following items are strictly non-refundable:

Acupuncture Services All acupuncture sessions, including initial consultations and follow-up visits, are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you adhere to our Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy as outlined above.

Herbal Medicine All herbal products, including teas, tinctures, granules, powders, capsules, and custom formulas, are final sale and non-refundable. This ensures the safety and integrity of our products, which are tailored for individual therapeutic use and cannot be resold.

Wellness Consultations and Programs All private wellness consultations, nutritional coaching, and treatment packages are non-refundable once booked or purchased. These services involve time, preparation, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed.

Prepaid Packages and Subscriptions Prepaid service bundles and wellness subscriptions are non-refundable. 

Exceptional Circumstances

YSC does not provide refunds for services or products based on taste preference, treatment discomfort, or subjective dissatisfaction. Clients are encouraged to voice concerns early in the treatment process to allow for appropriate adjustments.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing any service or product from YSC Acupuncture, and by booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
